Crisis Prevention Ministry
Pastor Kenneth Moss

The Essence of the Cross Crisis Prevention Ministry is led by Pastor Kenneth Moss. We are committed to maintaining the health, safety, and welfare of all members, staff, volunteers, guests and visitors. Our aim is to ensure that Essence’s worship center is a safe place, both spiritually and physically, for all that visit. Through the following initiatives, this team works diligently to create hazard-free and injury-free environments inside the building as well as out.

Goals:

• To locate and eliminate potential hazards
• To prevent injury on church grounds and within the facility
• To prevent work-related injuries and promote good health

The Crisis Team’s vision is to raise congregational and community safety awareness, while promoting safe practices, lifestyles, and good health habits at the Essence church campus.

Catering Ministry

Our catering staff is Spirit filled and supported by those that are committed to serving. Led by Certified Dietary Manager, Deacon Denise Schenck Sanders, every morsel that’s prepared for members, friends, and visitors is crafted carefully with love. This team’s dedication to satisfying the appetite, upholding sanitation standards and incorporating healthy alternatives helps to keep partakers physically edified!
